A ‘Be my Coach' kit was attached on special packs of Persil. The kit included skill cards featuring a variety of games; a skills ball for all the family to play with; a stopwatch and a DVD.
As part of the campaign a nationwide Road show took place involving sports stars Kelly Holmes and Steven Gerrard demonstrating the importance of communication and the fun created in sports activities. The Road show involved children manoeuvring Giant Inflatable Skills Balls around a fun obstacle course, As the children were blindfolded the children negotiated the obstacles by taking shouted instructions from their parents.
